  • What is a private intensive, and how is it different from regular therapy?

    Private intensives are immersive, in-person sessions held over 1–3 days. They combine therapy, yoga, meditation, and psychoeducation for focused, accelerated growth—often achieving breakthroughs that can take much longer in traditional therapy.

  • Is yoga experience required?

    Not at all. All movement practices are adapted to your comfort level and intended to help you reconnect with your body—not perform.

  • Can I continue working with Claire after the intensive?

    Absolutely. At the end of your intensive, you’ll receive a personalized follow-up plan which may include referrals or options for ongoing work with Claire.

  • Who are intensives for?
